These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the use of the website and Services (as defined herein) provided by Credisys, Inc. By accessing our website and Services, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement (as may be amended from time to time). By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and by using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in the applicable jurisdiction.
References to "you", "your", "member(s)" "client(s)", "customer(s)" and "enrollee(s)" mean any person using our website or Services. Unless stated otherwise, "Credisys, Inc." "we" and "our" refers to Credisys, Inc. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined have the definitions set forth herein. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
You are eligible to receive a full refund of the enrollment/set up fee and any verification fees if we are unable to contact your landlord or Property management companies, and you as an enrollee cannot provide verification information, for the purpose of verifying your rental payment history and/or current rental payments.
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you MUST contact us within 15 business days and request cancellation of reporting and request a refund. Without exception, ALL Refund Requests must be made in writing within 15 business days of the initial application to Credisys, Inc. Any requests made after 15 business days will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event of a cancellation, no information will be reported to the credit bureau(s).

Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of request, and may take 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your debit or credit card.
To process an enrollment, Credisys, Inc. requires assistance from our enrollees.
Full completion of our enrollment process is required, which includes responding to all requests for additional information etc. If we do not receive a response from you within 15 business days of your enrollment, your account with Credisys, Inc. will be cancelled and your enrollment fee will not be refunded.
Our team wants to ensure that your rental payments get reported as soon as possible and will contact you for any missing items or incomplete data on your enrollment.
We will continue to email and call to request you for any missing items. However, if your enrollment is not complete due to missing or incomplete information that we have requested from you we will move your enrollment to a Non-Responsive Status and cancel your enrollment. You will be charged a $50 administration/cancellation fee. No refund will be given.
If you move out, please let us know as soon as you can, so we can update your account.
We do send monthly verifications to your landlords or property management company, if we do not get a response from them for a consecutive 2-month period we will reach out to our member to see if you have moved or need to cancel ongoing services, no monthly fees will be reimbursed.

Credisys, Inc. may amend and/or revise this Agreement from time to time, in our sole discretion, by sending you written notice by electronic mail, by regular mail or by posting the updated terms on our website. Such modifications will become effective at the date or time provided in such notice but in any event no less than 30 days after they are posted to our website. Accordingly, you should periodically visit this page to review the current terms.
Credisys, Inc. provides services relevant to renters, roommates, landlords, property managers, and others, which may include additional services such as credit reporting and credit-related products.
To be eligible to use our Services, you must be an individual at least 18 years of age that is able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law and a resident of Canada with a postal mailing address in Canada.
To help the Canadian government fight terrorism and money laundering activities, we obtain, verify and sometimes store personal information. You authorize Credisys, Inc. directly and through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to verify your identity. This may include asking you to confirm ownership of your email address or financial instruments, ordering a credit report, or verifying your information against third-party databases or through other sources.
Credisys, Inc. will report rental payments made by you to a credit reporting agency (a "CRA" or Canadian Credit Bureaus), or a third party that reports such rental payments to a CRA/Canadian Credit Bureau which in part is designed to assist parties in establishing a credit history and/or a credit score. You understand and acknowledge that Credisys, Inc. cannot guarantee that reporting to a CRA will result in you having or improving a credit history or credit score.
Rent reporting is reported as a FICO-8 and may not appear on other FICO® versions.
Credisys, Inc. will need to verify the existence of a valid written lease/contract, including verifying that the Member is listed as a lessee. Additionally, Credisys, Inc. will need to verify certain lease/contract details with the landlord, i.e. the lease/contract payment amounts due and due dates.
Credisys, Inc. is not a rental verification payment platform and must independently verify the Member's rental payments with the Landlord/Property manager or Vendor each month to verify that the Member is maintaining their payment agreement and making all applicable payments. As such Credisys, Inc. charges a monthly verification fee for this service.
In connection with your use of our website and our Services, or in the course of your interactions with Credisys, Inc. or a third party through Credisys, Inc. you agree that you will not:
Further, you agree that Credisys, Inc. may provide notice to you by posting it on our website, emailing it to the email address listed in your account or mailing it to the street address listed in your account. Such notice shall be considered to be received by you within 24 hours of the time it is posted to our website or emailed to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered.
Credisys, Inc. reserves the right to close your account if you withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications. You further agree to the Electronic Signature and Uniform Electronic Transactions Act Disclosure and Consent Agreement provided herein, which is incorporated herein. Notices to Credisys, Inc. must be sent to the contact information provided at the end of this Agreement.
We, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to terminate this Agreement, access to our website or access to the Services or cancel your usage for any reason and at any time upon notice to you. If we close your account, terminate your use of our Services or cancel your ability to access the Services, for cause due to your breach of this Agreement or our policies, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.
A Member may dispute an entry on their credit report derived from information provided by Credisys, Inc. to a CRA by notifying Credisys, Inc. either by mail or email support@credisys.ca or by other means available to the Member. The Member shall provide the following information as part of any dispute: (i) name; (ii) address; (iii) the specific entry or entries being disputed; and (iv) the basis for each dispute, along with any supporting documents or other information reasonably necessary to investigate the dispute.
The investigation shall include, but is not limited to, all relevant information provided by the Member. The determination shall be one of the following options:
Notification of Determination. Once a final determination has been made regarding the disputed information, Credisys, Inc. will notify the Member within five (5) Business Days of the determination regarding the disputed information. If Credisys, Inc. determines that the dispute is frivolous or irrelevant, or if the Member does not provide sufficient information to investigate the dispute, Credisys, Inc. will notify the Member within five (5) Business Days.
If Credisys, Inc. determines that more information is necessary to complete its investigation, Credisys, Inc. will notify the Member and request additional information to help make a final determination as to the disputed information.
